Returns Policy
Return Period
Our returns policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
We accept returns on products shipped by Yogeen if the item is faulty due to manufacturing defects or if you received an incorrect item. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Products must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used yoga mats
- Personal care accessories
- Items marked as final sale
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the returned item(s)
- You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Partial Returns
For orders containing multiple items, we will only process refunds for the returned items, not the entire order. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
